Since were were evacuated for half of the summer and suffered some heavy smoke damage the main lodge needs complete renovation come spring we will not be renting it out as a nightly rental this ski season which starts in only 10 days! We've desided to rent it out to skiers on a monthly basis through April at $1,600/mo or $7,500 for the entire season through April 1st. Wide open take your pick but nothing short of 30 days. Fully Furnished minus linens as ours smelled like a fireplace. So bring you ski gear an bedding for 1King, 1 full and 1 twin plus towels and we'll supply all the utilities and firewood will be at $10 per generous bundle and have all the comforts of home at less than half the price of local accomodations and only be 7 miles from the lifts at Sipapu.
